TC Energy and Natural Law Energy (NLE) announced they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for NLE to pursue an equity interest in the Keystone XL Project and other potential related midstream and power projects. This MOU exemplifies the strong commitment TC Energy and NLE have made to create a meaningful and significant long-term partnership.

Press Release (August 10, 2020) — Berg Pipe, with manufacturing facilities in Mobile, AL and Panama City, FL, is excited to have been awarded a large order by TC Energy. The line pipe contract placed with Berg is part of the Keystone XL pipeline, currently under construction, that will deliver up to 830,000 barrels of crude oil per day from Alberta, Canada to Steele City, Nebraska.

TransCanada Corporation confirmed today that the Nebraska Public Service Commission (PSC) has approved an alternative route for the proposed Keystone XL Pipeline project through the state. TransCanada is evaluating the PSC's decision.
